Over the past few years, we have worked really hard in starting our web and graphic design business, and making it grow. The CryoDragon Team finally took some time off of our usual busy schedules from April 19th – 29th to go on our first overseas trip to Taipei, Taiwan!
We have broken up our adventure into day-by-day posts.
Day 10: Packing and Michelin-Star Peking Duck
On our final day in Taiwan, we tried to have an encore of the two types of cuisines that we’ve enjoyed during our trip: dumplings and Peking duck. Once again, we went to Din Tai Fung for lunch, but we went somewhere very special for supper!
For our last Peking duck experience, we went to a 3-Michelin star restaurant called Le Palais. This high-end restaurant specializes in Cantonese cuisine of the highest quality, ranging from Peking duck and custard tarts to the roasted Peking baby duck and side dishes. The service and ambience were amazing, and it was very clear that this was a different type of restaurant than the others we had been to during our trip. Here are some pictures of our dining experience at Le Palais.

And with the completion of this fantastic meal, our trip to Taiwan was at an end. We finished packing, and the next day, we were back on a plane back home. It was an amazing experience, and one we will never forget!
