FireAcad is one of the world’s leading fire sprinkler design softwares. Having started in the 1980’s, FireAcad Inc. has grown to become a trusted program for fire sprinkler professionals and designers around the globe, with its software always updated to comply with the latest NFPA codes and readily-available support.

CryoDragon was hired by FireAcad to rebrand the company and design a new and modern E-Commerce site. After an initial rebranding (view logo design project here), our team worked with FireAcad Inc. to design a completely custom site through our Cryo package. Although the website may look simple at first, it’s packed with custom features. Some regular add-ons include WooCommerce, Tawk.to’s live chat platform, and custom forms.

However, a custom quoting system was created on the backend, with a custom client account portal that allows clients to log in and pay/download their orders and invoices. Not only that, but customers can access a private knowledgebase (separate from the public knowledgebase) where they can take advantage of a ticketing system on the site to chat with Technical Support directly. Within their account, clients are also able to download a copy of their signed Software License Agreement for each of their purchases.
