Hyperpolarized Noble Gas MRI Laboratory

Professor Mitchell S. Albert leads the Hyperpolarized Noble Gas MRI Laboratory at Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute at Lakehead University. His lab focuses on using hyperpolarized noble gas MRI, an innovative technology that provides extremely detailed images of structures and processes within the body. Professor Albert’s research focuses on applying this technology to investigate gas ventilation within the lungs, gas exchange in the lung’s alveoli, as well as functional activity within the brain.

CryoDragon Inc. was contracted to update their existing website so that it would be more modern and allow for easy editing. After implementing a WordPress content management system, templates were created with specific designs that could be replicated on each page as they present more of their research throughout the years. The website was changed to be clean and modern, with whitespace and a few touches of teal to tie it in with their brand.

Apart from designing the website, CryoDragon also created a custom logo for their lab, including a graphical MRI and their name and lab director in different positions.
