Having only started CryoDragon in 2015, we won our first ThreeBestRated award in our 2nd year of business because of our core values: honesty, integrity, respect and work ethic. Those core values have been carried forward in all the things we do in our lives, both personal and professional. Our belief is that if we truly care for and are passionate about the work we do, then that care must also be passed on to the customers who require our services as they are giving us the opportunity to do the work we love to do.
Living in the tech hub of Canada there is a lot of competition, and our local universities put out many computer programmers and developers annually. As a result, we make a dedicated effort to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies so that we can offer our clients the best of everything. Luckily, our unique combination of graphic design and web design skills have allowed us to excel in many aspects of our business. Whereas other companies may have branched off into significant web and app development, we stick with what we know best and we have honed our skills throughout the years to offer amazing quality websites and service to our customers.
Our desire to educate our clients has been one of the biggest factors in attracting customers. Whenever we take on a client, we want to make sure we aren’t just listening to their needs and requirements, but also making an honest effort to provide feedback and suggestions to improve their project and end result. How we treat our clients, is how we would like to be treated as clients. We don’t just want our clients to pick and choose what they want; we want to educate and empower our clients so that they understand all the options available to them, the pros and cons to each option, and allow them to pick which one is best for what they need. This results in a completely unique and tailored solution for each of our clients. On top of this, we ensure that our clients own all the rights to their website at the end of each project so that they can feel secure about what they had paid for.
Over the years, we have also invested in our own business by expanding our knowledgebase, upgrading our software, and taking on new and exciting projects that push our boundaries. This year, we have had the opportunity to create several different websites for various industries as well as increase our clientele in the scientific community through scientific illustrations…all the way to Oxford University in Cambridge, England! We invested in 2D and 3D animated modelling software to help bring a modern and realistic edge to our schematics, and it has been an amazing experience just following along with all the capabilities of modern technology. New design features and animations are regularly being developed for websites, and we are always up to speed on the most modern design trends in different industries to help bring a business to the next level when it comes to a website revamp. We believe that educating ourselves, will in turn help us in empowering our clients with more options and innovative solutions to their needs.
