After you submit the free estimate form, our team at CryoDragon will review the details of your project and get back to you in a timely manner. We’re usually quite fast!

Typically, if there are enough details given about a project, we can immediately provide you with a ballpark estimate. However, if additional details or questions are required, we will follow up with you by email or phone to make sure we understand your needs prior to crunching some numbers.

As a professional entity, we do need a contract to be signed between The Client (you) and CryoDragon (us) prior to taking on any project. Our proposals and contracts clearly outline what is expected from each party, and clearly stipulates details about copyrights and trademarks at the end of the project (we make sure you own everything at the end!).

After you fill out the free estimate form, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate of the project. Should you accept this ballpark estimate, we will prepare a detailed Proposal, Quote, Agreement of Terms, and Contract as one package for you to review and sign. Once both parties have signed, we get to work!

Our Proposal, Agreement of Terms, and Contract will cover all aspects of the project. However, there will be times when you may want to add some extra components to the project, or even take away some pieces that you no longer want. Once we’re in business together, we are your partners, and we’re there to solve things together.

If that means that changes are required that affect the final cost, we would write an Addendum to the Contract that needs to be signed by both parties.

No surprise costs, ever!! The very last thing we want to do is lose the trust of our Clients. We are people too, and as customers on a daily basis, we do not appreciate hidden costs. As a result, we work with complete transparency and integrity throughout each of our projects.

We take the extra effort to create a very detailed Proposal and Contract for our Clients, and if any changes need to be made that will affect the cost, we require signed Addendums to the existing Contract before proceeding. It makes sure both parties are aware of these changes, and agree to the stated changes.

Our quotes are valid for 30 days, or approximately one month.

Our pricing structure doesn’t change regularly, and if it does, it’s usually at the beginning of our fiscal year in July. If you request a quote in November, it is most likely that the price will not change if the existing quote expires, and you request an updated on in February of the next year, for example.

Every project is managed by the two owners of the company: Craig and Brenda. We are a small business, and we enjoy working closely with each of our clients. Each of our clients can also track the progression of their projects with regular updates from our team.
