CryoDragon Gives Back to Your Community

CryoDragon believes in giving back to the community. As a result, we offer an ongoing 20% discount to all nonprofits and charities. On top of that, we try to donate a website to a Canadian charity each year.

Applications for our charitable donations are accepted from January 1^st to April 30^th, and a final decision will be made in May to start working on the site, with a mandatory launch date prior to year-end.

Eligibility Requirements

Provide documentation of not-for-profit or charitable status
Be situated in Canada
Be in existence for over 1 year and less than 10 years
Organizations should be not-for-profit, charitable, non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation
The aim of this website donation is to provide full website design and basic graphic design, branding and marketing services to charitable organizations who have limited funds to spend on professional-grade design services

Website Design Criteria

Website design provided will be based off of the Frozen Template Theme package; additional services outside the scope of this package may involve additional costs
Website must be finalized and launched prior to December 31^st of the current year
The chosen charity will be responsible for purchasing domain and hosting services separately
A proposal and contract will be drawn up, agreed upon, and signed prior to the start of this project

Is the charity website donation really free?

Yes, it is absolutely free as long as you follow our website design criteria. We love helping non-profits, You will be getting a website based off of the Frozen Template Theme package as well as a few pages. We work with you, just like any other client we have, to design a customized site for your non-profit.

Are there any costs I should be aware of?

In terms of the cost of the web design, there are no hidden costs to be afraid of. Our services are provided for free. However, domain names and web hosting packages from your chosen web host provider will be monthly or annual costs that you’ll need to take care of. They aren’t expensive, and range from $50-150 per year depending on how much data you want to store on the server, and which company you go with.

How do I apply for a free website?

If you meet our eligibility criteria, we invite you to apply through our online application form. We review all entries in May and will contact you regarding the outcomes of the current year’s competition.
