Experiencing a Website Problem? Contact Us!
It is always unfortunate when a website stops working the way it’s supposed to. The situation is made even worse when you can’t fix it yourself, and when you can’t find anyone to help with the issue.
Our experience with web design and development allows us to diagnose website issues and determine whether it requires a quick fix or something more extensive. We have encountered clients with various issues within their web design or web hosting services. Some of our clients have been locked out of websites, have been unable to get in touch with their hosting provider or previous designers, and most commonly, have experienced issues on their site due to faulty code.
Whatever the issue is, our team at CryoDragon tries our best to diagnose the issue and help our clients find a solution or workaround to their problems.

FAQs About Our Website Repair Services
It depends on the scope of the issue. If you contact us and let us know what the issue is, we can perform a quick and free preliminary audit on your site to verify the issue. Once we have verified the issue, we can provide a ballpark estimate of the repair cost, which would involve a full diagnostics scan of the website and any associated repairs for that specific problem. If an extensive audit is required or you don’t know what the issue is, especially for sites not built by or developed by CryoDragon, a quote will be necessary for our services rendered.
We wish we could! But the reality is that although we are highly skilled at what we do, there are some things we cannot fix or we would prefer not to fix. As a result, we make sure we are capable of fixing an issue prior to committing to any repair project, especially if the site was designed by someone else.
The majority of issues within a website include broken links, missing images, improper alignment, and problems with site structure and code. These are things that we can normally fix, along with many others.
However, sometimes the issue that a website is experiencing may not be due to the website itself, but rather a third-party plugin or a server-side issue. If that is the case, then we would be able to let you know during our preliminary audit so that you can connect with the appropriate individuals who have access to solve the issue you’re experiencing.
Other times, there may not just be one problem with a website, but numerous problems. The more problems there are to fix, the more time-consuming and expensive the repair project will be. At that point in time, we would let you know whether it is worthwhile to pursue a repair project, or whether it would be more cost-effective for a complete overhaul.
No matter what the issue is, we always keep your best interests and your budget in mind.
Like most of our other services, we have an hourly rate of $80 + HST for our repair services. We charge for our time spent running a full diagnostics test (which depends on how large your website is), as well as the time required to fix the issue (which depends on how many issues there are, and how difficult they are to fix). As a result, the cost of a website repair project is highly dependent on the size of your website, the problem you are experiencing, and the difficulty or extensiveness of the repair.
Yes! It is always crucial to have a backup of your website in case anything happens down the road. If a website was working two months ago, and suddenly stops working a month later, you can revert back to the older version that was working. There are many options to set up backups, either manually or through your web host. We can guide you through it.
