Tutoring Beyond Borders

Tutoring Beyond Borders is a local charity that provides free tutoring services to underprivileged high school students in Waterloo Region. To recruit additional volunteer tutors, CryoDragon was asked to help design a trade show booth display that would wow potential students are university volunteer fairs.

The goals of the trade show display were not only to look good, but also be functional and easy to set up. We worked with the Board of Directors at Tutoring Beyond Borders and suggested they use an 8′ accordion-style back wall to catch the attention of individuals near and far away, which can be easily unfolded by locking joints into place, and easily folded by releasing the locks and collapsing the display into a storage case.

Apart from that, we also suggested a podium with an acrylic counter to hold brochures and place a tablet for volunteers to easily sign up and grab information. This podium was also easy to set up and disassemble.

Working with the wonderful team at FastSigns in Kitchener, Ontario, CryoDragon was able to deliver a spectacular trade show booth that caught a lot of attention during the volunteer fair.
