Health E-Counselling

Online therapy is becoming an increasingly important tool for those who want therapy that is convenient, accessible, mobile, and anonymous. Health E-Counselling is a new online psychotherapy service based in Waterloo Region, Ontario. Health E-Counselling provides three different types of online therapy services: video therapy, phone therapy, and live chat therapy. Their goal is to help improve their patients’ quality of life and manage issues of stress, depression, grief, self-esteem and more.

CryoDragon was contacted by Health E-Counselling to design a brand new website for their psychotherapy service, to be linked to OnCall Health, a Canadian online counselling provider. The new website had to be clean, modern, and vibrant, while sticking with the colours of the logo (which we also designed!).

The entire theme of the site uses a mixture of blue, green, grey and white so that the website is fully consistent with the Health E-Counselling logo. Custom, realistic graphics were created for the website, as well as custom icons and cartoon graphics throughout each page.

An online booking form was created to help screen patients and make sure they met all of Health E-Counselling’s criteria of service prior to proceeding to OnCall Health to schedule and pay for their session.

Everyone’s mental and emotional well being is important, and CryoDragon is very proud and honoured to have worked on this important service with Health E-Counselling.
