CryoDragon is pleased to announce the launch of the Biophysical Society of Canada’s new website! We had the pleasure of working with the BSC’s Executive Team to revamp their website and offer them a slew of upgraded features to help them through their growing presence nationally and internationally.
The Biophysical Society of Canada has been in existence since 1985 and is a society of Canadian biophysicists that regularly meet up for conferences related to biophysical research and topics. Throughout this time, the BSC has been manually accepting membership applications and payments for conference registrations. As part of their expansion, CryoDragon was contracted to help update their HTML site and create a website with a content management system to allow BSC webmasters to easily access and change content at the click of a button. Not only was the website upgraded, but the entire membership application process is now fully automated and online, where potential and current members can create an account, pay for a specific membership, and receive renewal notifications on an annual basis. Custom conference registration forms were also created that cross-communicate with the membership database to verify a member’s active status to allow them to receive discounted prices for conference registration.
We had a great time building this custom website for the BSC, and we look forward to their growing presence in the global scientific community.
