CryoDragon has had the pleasure of spending the last few months working on another real estate website and complete rebrand. This time, the site was for Charlene Cardow of RE/MAX Twin City Realty Inc. here in Waterloo, Ontario. The new site has a clean and modern design, but with the accents of gold and pink to produce an attractive look and feel that Charlene would enjoy.
The site itself has the normal features of a real estate website, such as a mini bio about Charlene and the services she provides – such as home staging and décor, improvements and renovations, or just free home evaluations to assist in her client’s hectic times. Multiple testimonials have been added on Charlene’s professionalism and conduct, describing how comfortable she helped people feel during the process of buying and selling homes, and how she was highly recommended to all.
For the technology side of the site, we incorporated all Charlene’s featured listings, plus an automated DDF (Data Distribution Facility) listing update that is compliant with CREA rules and requirements. With the MLS listings, the real estate agent also has the ability to display all RE/MAX property listings available to the public. The necessary calculators were added in for calculating mortgage payments, land transfer tax and rebates, as well as the 5 year fixed mortgage rates. And of course, custom forms throughout for various buying and selling purposes.
