Over the past few months, CryoDragon had the pleasure of working with Sarah Miller on her new real estate website. As a real estate salesperson with RE/MAX Real Estate Centre in Kitchener, Ontario, Sarah is highly experienced with various sectors of real estate ranging from commercial to residential uses. As a proud resident of Kitchener-Waterloo, she uses her knowledge of the local marketplace to ensure her clients are always well-informed and confident with their choices.
CryoDragon was contracted by Sarah Miller to design a new website for her real estate business that could help her clients find her services and help them explore the real estate market in the community. This website was designed to have a modern and clean feel using different tones and shades of blue. A large slider covers the homepage with different home decor and design images that help visitors “explore” different aspects of a home search. Information about Sarah and local real estate can also be found throughout the different pages of the site. A custom form was also created to help visitors submit free home evaluation requests.
But, what is a real estate website with a list of properties? In this website, there are two types of listings: featured listings and general MLS® listings. Featured listings is a custom feature that puts a primary focus on listings from Sarah, with the ability to add property details that range from square footage and photos to detailed floor plans and walkthrough videos. Meanwhile, MLS® listings were integrated into the website so that they would be automatically updated from a CREA DDF® feed, 100% compliant with CREA guidelines.
