CryoDragon has entered Year 4 with many new and exciting jobs! We are currently working on a few websites, and we have had the pleasure of working with a few graphic design clients who were looking for something new and modern.
First, we had Tutoring Beyond Borders, a local charity, who wanted to create a large display to attract more volunteers during university volunteer fairs. Working with Fast Signs of Kitchener, Ontario for printing services, CryoDragon was able to source for a stunning yet functional back wall display as well as a curved podium to start our design. We designed a backdrop on the 8′ square back wall so that the logo of the charity was front and center, with a background of stars and nebula to represent their corporate branding and style. These fabric displays did not just turn out great, but they were very easy to set up, and we are happy to report that the event was a success with this new trade show display.
Next, we had the Biophysical Society of Canada, a national not-for-profit run by biophysicists to promote biophysics research around the world. To represent their growth and evolution, they wanted a modern yet professional event flyer designed for their 2019 Annual Meeting in Mississauga, Ontario. Working with some scientific images, we used those as backgrounds for the flyer while incorporating a lot of content into the letter-sized page: meeting information and deadlines, text descriptions of the event, logo and venue pictures, invited speakers and keynotes, event organizers, contact information, and more.
